REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns / Exchanges

Please keep in mind that we do not offer exchanges for change of mind on any earrings and hair accessories due to hygiene purposes. We ask that you check the description of our earrings and hair accessories prior to purchasing.

The items we offer refunds and exchanges on are handbags and décolletage jewels.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on earrings and hair accessories, please choose your items carefully when selecting.

Where a return or exchange has been arranged, the process may take up to 14 business days from the date the product is received by Aliyah Crowns & Accessories.

 

Warranty Process

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a repair, full refund or exchange, in accordance to the below:

Aliyah crowns must be notified via email within 48 hours of receiving the item.

On receipt of your package the item will be assessed. The return shipping cost will be will be reimbursed to you once the item has been assessed as having a manufacturers fault, not from wear and the return has been granted. Please provide the return freight payment receipt with original invoice so we can refund freight cost and original payment together.

 

 

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for any exchanges or returns.

If your item is faulty, we will provide a pre-paid return label for you to return the items.

 

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Sale items can only be replaced if received faulty and if you are in contact with us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
