 Parcels which are rejected by the receiver or have an incorrect address may result in the parcel being returned to sender. On the instance that this may happen, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation. We cannot offer reimbursement for incorrect details.

ALIYAH is not responsible for any additional fees charged from International customs.

Once your order has been shipped ALIYAH cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your package, we cannot be held responsible for postage delays.
